I believe that William Morgan is my 4th great-grandfather. His daughter Susannah Morgan married my 3rd great-grandfather, William Fisher, in 1832. The marriage record states that a William Morgan gave consent; baptism records for Monmouth St. Mary show that a William and Mary Morgan were the parents of a Susannah Morgan. It appears that this monument may be of Susannah's parents.
